Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering, logging in or using any service offered by the cek4d platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is in effect between you as a registered user and cek4d as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to proceed with registration or use of the platform. cek4d reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, and such changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the official website.
Continued use of the cek4d platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
User Eligibility
To register and use the cek4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
- Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document;
- Not be on any self-exclusion list or exclusion list of any regulatory body;
- Not be acting as a representative or agent of a third party when registering an account;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
cek4d reserves the right at any time to request users to submit verification documents to confirm such eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Any attempt to submit false information or falsify identity is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed and the account balance held while an investigation is carried out.
Account Registration and Management
Each user is only allowed to hold one active cek4d account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts without any refund.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number and an active email address. Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting the customer support team.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cek4d will not be held responsible for any loss arising from the disclosure of your password to another party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
It is best practice not to share your login information with anyone, including family members. cek4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The cek4d platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.
Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is approved, subject to the completion of any required verification requirements. All withdrawals will be processed to the account or e-wallet registered in the user's name only.
cek4d reserves the right to carry out compliance checks before approving any withdrawal. This is standard procedure to ensure transaction security and protection against fraudulent activity. Withdrawals that require further review may take a little longer.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another verified method;
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and the wagering requirement must be met first;
- cek4d does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals;
- Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
cek4d offers various promotions to registered members, including a 200% first deposit bonus of up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200 making the total balance RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
For a deposit of RM400, the bonus received is RM300 making the total balance RM700, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500. This wagering requirement means the total bonus must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made on the winnings generated from that bonus.
Additional conditions that apply to all cek4d bonuses and promotions:
- Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once;
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or shared with other users;
- cek4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus found to have been obtained through illegitimate means or misuse;
- VIP promotions with weekly cashback — starting from 0.3% for the Bronze tier up to 1.5% for the Diamond tier — are subject to the specific conditions stated in the VIP programme;
- Other special promotional bonuses such as referral bonuses, birthday bonuses and seasonal promotions are subject to their respective terms which will be stated at the time of the offer.

General Game Rules
All games available on the cek4d platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and roulette — must be played in accordance with the specific rules set for each game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
In the event of a technical issue, connection disruption or any system error while a game is in progress, cek4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the user's account. Results recorded by the cek4d system are final in cases of technical disputes.
cek4d strictly prohibits any form of fraud, game manipulation, collusion between players, use of third-party software that provides an unfair advantage, or any attempt to cheat the system. Violations of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
The use of bots, automated scripts, or other assistive software intended to exploit games is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of cek4d's terms of use.
User Responsibilities and Obligations
As a user of the cek4d platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated in this document as well as any additional rules enforced from time to time. You also agree that you are using this platform on your own initiative and decision.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cek4d platform is legal and permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. cek4d makes no representation that our services are suitable or permitted for use outside the scope of the international licensing held by this platform.
- Not use the account for money laundering or any criminal activity;
- Not act on behalf of any third party without written authorisation from cek4d;
- Ensure that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally;
- Report to customer support if you become aware of or suspect any fraudulent activity on the platform;
- Not spread misleading information about cek4d to the public.
Responsible Gambling
cek4d takes a serious approach to responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never become a financial burden or a source of stress in a user's life.

Account Closure and Suspension

cek4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- The user violates any of the terms in this document;
- There is activity suspected to be fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation;
- The user is found to have registered using false or incomplete information;
- The account is used by a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
- There are instructions from the relevant authorities.
In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, cek4d reserves the right to withhold funds in the account while an investigation is completed. cek4d's final decision regarding account closure is conclusive and binding.
Platform Liability Limits
cek4d provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, errors, or delays at all times. We will endeavour to maintain consistent platform availability, but technical disruptions beyond our control cannot be entirely avoided.
cek4d will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:
- Inability to access the platform due to technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
- Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information or data caused by system errors;
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own failure to keep their password secure;
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
cek4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without specific prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page and will state the most recent update date.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of any changes that may affect their use. Continued use of the cek4d platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
For amendments considered material and significantly affecting user rights, cek4d will endeavour to notify users via an in-platform notice or through the registered email address.
